The Tecline PowerJet is a full-rubber jet fin with stainless spring straps, in black. You choose Soft, Medium or Hard so stiffness matches your technique, fitness and dive type.
Soft, Medium or Hard?
- Soft: for divers new to jet fins; blends softness with jet-fin control
- Medium: all-round for cave, wreck and long-distance diving
- Hard: for precision work (photo, instruction, survey); only useful if you are strong enough for that stiffness
Construction
- Longer blade section (the "tongue") for more effective frog kick and flutter
- Higher side rails and longitudinal stabilisers for more stable reverse swimming
- Wider blade angle: closer to the bottom and under a low ceiling, even with boots
- Larger water openings: the fin stays stable when you accelerate and needs less effort when you swim slowly
- Two rubber compounds: stiffer stabilisers, softer rubber in the foot-pocket sole
- Spring straps mounted above the heel
- Anti-slip protection for wet boat decks

Frequently asked questions
Can I use PowerJet fins with a drysuit?
Yes. The foot pocket has room for drysuit boots, boots with a flex or turbo sole and rockboots. Do try them on with the footwear you actually dive in, so you know for sure which size you need.
How heavy are PowerJet fins?
At the surface they weigh about 1.59 to 1.89 kg, and in the water they are negative (about 0.31 to 0.41 kg). The exact weight depends on stiffness and size.
How does the PowerJet differ from the Tecline Jetstream?
With the PowerJet you choose the stiffness yourself (Soft, Medium or Hard), always in black. The Tecline Jetstream is a different rubber jet fin with stainless spring straps that you mainly choose by colour: black, yellow, orange or red.
